Overlooking a manicured public golf course with dramatic views of the Manhattan skyline in the distance, the historic Douglaston Manor, a former clubhouse, is now a banquet and conference center.

The design restored the historic architecture of the 1920’s Mediterranean style villa while strategically expanding the sprawling building. The project included a comprehensive restoration of the exterior, renovation of the entire interior, several additions, a redesign of the landscaping and the design of a new entrance fountain.

The result is a memorable resuscitation of the historic building beloved by the community, becoming once again an important destination for memorable events.
