GRAND CONCOURSE
MASTER PLAN

BRONX, NYC

A competition entry, the project addresses the significant urban and social changes of the past century. Originally designed as a board boulevard to facilitate motor access in and out of the city, the Grand Concourse has the potential to use this broad open space to add much needed residential development along its length. By narrowing the road new opportunities for recreation, green space, and affordable housing emerge.

The design won an Honorable Mention
