The tennis center is located within the town-owned Lake Isle Country Club and comprises eight courts with a clubhouse building. The tennis courts are arranged in three clusters on a verdant, hilly site and are seasonally enclosed in air-supported structures.

The form of the building and its materials were selected to meet the technical requirement of a clubhouse with large air-supported structures attached to it on two sides. While the buildings in the park campus are wood clad in a traditional style, the design of the clubhouse places itself in this context without mimicking their architectural style or materials.
